What are the Duties and Responsibilities of a CNA?

You’ll work to promote the well-being and dignity of each resident
Observe and track any changes in resident’s emotional/physical condition and report them to the unit nurse
Offer personal care assistance and services as requested or instructed
Help keep a clean and safe environment for residents, visitors and co-workers to enjoy
Attend at least 12 annual hours of in-service training

Required Skills and Qualifications

A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Sees the joy in working with the senior population
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings
One year of caregiving experience
