Our spacious one, two, and three-bedroom prairie homes feature ample living spaces and full kitchens, designed to make you feel comfortable and at home. Knowing your utilities (except gas and electric) and maintenance are included with your monthly payment, as well as the coverage of an entire continuum of care, healthy and active individuals can become part of our independent living community with peace of mind that they can move to more advanced levels of care without having to relocate to another community.

Our Prairie Homes come with high-end amenities and services, including:

• Full kitchen with Quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, range, microwave, garbage disposal and under-cabinet lighting
• Nine-foot ceilings with large windows and wood blinds
• Individual HVAC with a programmable thermostat
