We’re All About People
We believe that every associate should have an individual development plan. We are working hard to refine the associate appraisal process that allows associates at all levels to self-evaluate themselves based on their performance; aligned with their supervisor, departmental and Ministry goals. This process allows associates to define their own development objectives under the annual appraisal process and to discuss them with their immediate supervisors in their review and development conversations. The aim is to ensure that we are investing effectively in the advancement of each individual’s strengths and preferences.
Continuing market trends such as demographic changes, limited availability of talent and the need to adapt quickly to shifting markets highlight the importance of a proactive staffing strategy for Franciscan Ministries. We strongly believe that developing talent with the goal of ensuring internal succession is vital to sustainable success
Everything we do at Franciscan Ministries is about transforming the lives of those we serve. We come to work every day knowing our spirit and joy can create purpose in the lives of residents by providing interaction, programs and spiritual guidance – helping them remain active, engaged and connected to their loved ones and the world around them. The connections made between our associates, residents and their families are beyond heartwarming – it is powerful! Working at Franciscan – you’ll join a Ministry that’s deeply rooted in values, with a rich legacy and a diverse culture that puts people first.
